In order to comply with Federal Anti-Corruption Law No. 12,846/2013 and Regulatory Decree 8,420/2015, and reinforcing its commitment to transparency in its business, Paragon Capital is making its Whistleblower Channel available to employees, clients, partners and service providers, which represents an important tool for strengthening corporate governance at the company.
The Whistleblowing Channel is the specific means of communication for receiving complaints regarding facts that may be in breach of the Compliance Manual, the Code of Ethics and the company's Anti-Corruption Policy.
Regardless of the topic or subject, complaints are directed to the Compliance area, and will be investigated and treated with total confidentiality and impartiality.
